We are very excited to be sending you information regarding the Christmas Sparkle, which takes please on Friday 1st December from 3.30pm-5.00pm. We have arranged lots of activities for all the family, including games, stalls, crafts, glitter tattoos, refreshments, a raffle and even the chance to post last minute letters to Santa!
We have listened to feedback from parents and this year we will be serving hot dogs, hot chocolate and children’s drinks/snacks; additionally, we will have some new stalls and activities for children alongside favourites of chocolate tombola, lucky-dip and throw the snowball!
On Friday 24th November children are invited to attend school in non-school uniform in exchange for prizes and gifts for the Christmas Sparkle, please see below regarding donations for your child’s year group.
Finally, on the day of the Christmas Sparkle, we would be grateful to receive donations of cakes to be sold on the day.
This year the Christmas raffle is kindly sponsored by Anthony David Estate Agents. The first prize is a signed and boxed AFC Bournemouth Shirt. Please return tickets and money to the office; the draw will take place during the Christmas Sparkle.
Donation requests:
Foundation and Year 1- Chocolate selection boxes
Year 2- ‘Little Treasures’- New items only please, i.e. candles, ‘smellies’, bath bombs, jewellery which can be purchased by children for family members.
Year 3 and 4- Luxury hamper items i.e. biscuits/chutneys/Christmas cake
Year 5 and 6- Bottle for tombola i.e. wine, soft drinks, bubble bath etc
Last but not least, as always, these events cannot take place without volunteers and we kindly request that you give 30 minutes of your time to help on a stall. Please let us know and we will contact you the week of the Sparkle to let you know where and when you are needed.
