Summer Fayre 2017

The Summer Fayre takes place on Friday 7th July from 3.30pm-5.30pm. We have arranged lots of exciting activities for all the family, including games, stalls, glitter tattoos, refreshments and a raffle.

We have listened to feedback from parents and this year we will be serving cheese and tomato pizza or pepperoni pizza, strawberries and cream, pimms, tea, coffee and squash; additionally, we will have some new stalls and activities for children alongside favourites of lucky cups, bottle tombola and teddy tombola.

For our teddy-bear tombola stall, which was a sell-out success last year, we are holding a ‘teddy bear amnesty’ so please drop off your donations in the reception area and our Year 3 teachers will keep him safe.

We will also have a book sale stall and our ‘book amnesty’ will take place on Wednesday 5th July and again please drop off your donations in the reception area.

Finally, on the day of the Summer Fayre, Friday 7th July, we would be grateful to receive donations of cakes to be sold on the day in exchange for the children coming to school in non-uniform (except Year 6 who will be attending their new Secondary School for Transition Day).
Please remember no cakes containing nuts.

Tickets for the Summer Fayre Raffle have been sent home and is kindly sponsored by Damian Bennett Electricals. The first prize is £100 cash; second prize is a £50 voucher for a meal at Da Vinci and third prize is a Rock Reef voucher for the value of £45. Please return money and completed ticket stubs, or any unsold tickets, to the office; the draw will take place during the Fayre on Friday.

Donation requests:

It is not too late to bring in any donations you have for use in our lucky cups or bottle tombola.

Last but not least, as always, these events cannot take place without volunteers and we kindly request that you give 30 minutes of your time to help on a stall. If you can do more than one slot that would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your continued support
