Sickness Absence

If your child is ill, we regret that we cannot refund payment for any hot meal ordered for the first two days off sick; however if you think your child will be away for longer than this, you may request to cancel meals for the following day(s) provided we receive your request by 9.30am on the previous day.

School Trips

If you discover that your child will be going out of school on a school trip, please remember you may cancel any hot meal that you have already ordered for that day.  If the order is not cancelled a packed lunch will be ordered. For children in receipt of free school meals a packed lunch will automatically be provided.
